2024 End of Year Round-Up


As the year draws to a close, it's time to reflect on the past 12 months and look ahead to the new year.

James and Matt have recorded some thoughts in our latest video update on some of the big events over 2024 such as -

-The General Election and October Budget.
-The ongoing developments with the Renters Rights Bill

We also discuss the future and what may happen in 2025, and expand on our acquisition of Berkeleys in Canford Cliffs in April which has enabled us to to service to the market across BH13 and BH14.
